FAQ's

No all parts and material costs will be added to your final quotation once our technician has visited your location and assessed the work. We will endeavor to provide you with the most competitive price for all parts at the time, depending on manufacturer, budget and urgency of the work.
Yes. Our technician can accept card (credit or debit) and cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by cheque.
Yes you can register up to two locations on the app. If more locations are required please call our helpdesk to arrange.
Yes you can rearrange your appointment free of charge up to 1 hour for the scheduled arrival time, please just call our helpdesk. We will try to reschedule the appointment at a time that suits you. Unfortunately, any cancelled or rearranged appointments where our technicians are already en-route will be subject to our minimum call out charges as stated on our App.
Yes. During registration you will be asked to provide us with your landlord's address and local mobile number for pre-approval of all works to be paid for by them. You are then free to arrange services at a time to suit you. If your landlord lives outside of Oman a separate contract and payment system for any works will need to be set up. Please call our helpdesk to arrange. You are more than welcome to request any or all of the services offered by ProTek as a tenant.
Yes ProTek is covered by a comprehensive public indemnity insurance policy, which is available upon request. All workmanship completed by ProTek are covered by a 28 day warranty. All manufactures’ warranties for new products will be transferred to the client upon payment and completion of the works.
